Who you are dealing with.

Attestkeep is a product name, not a company name. The party that licenses the software to you, answers a legal notice and stands behind the agreements is named on this page, with the registration details that make it identifiable.

Who sells and who invoices

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd acting as merchant of record. Paddle is the seller on your invoice, collects and remits VAT for your jurisdiction and holds the payment details; we never see a card number. The licence itself is granted by the business named above, and support is ours.

In practice that means an invoice from Paddle and a licence from us, for one purchase. Billing questions can go to either party — anything about the invoice itself is Paddle's to answer, and we pass it on if it reaches us first.

Which document applies

Where the plain-language pages and the agreements disagree, the agreements are the ones that bind. That is not a trick; it is why they are written separately.
