Descripción

The `time-sync` crate attempted to exfiltrate `.env` files to a server that was in turn impersonating the legitimate `timeapi.io` service. This the same attack that we've seen three times in the last few days. The malicious crate had 1 version published on 2026-03-04 approximately 50 minutes before removal and had no evidence of actual downloads. There were no crates depending on this crate on crates.io.

EncuentraCada image admitida se vuelve a escanear cada 24 horas por defecto (scan.rescanInterval). Cuando Trivy califica esta vulnerabilidad como crítica para la fuente de paquetes de la image, aparece por su nombre en los findings de la image. Los findings sin corrección quedan fuera salvo que includeUnfixed esté activado.
AvisaUn evento critical_finding va a los canales suscritos a él: e-mail, Slack, Teams, un webhook, Jira, GitLab o GitHub.
RechazaCon una policy que bloquea los findings críticos, un pod con esta image se rechaza en la admission, incluido un rollback a ella. Los pods que ya están en marcha no se desalojan.
RegistraCada decisión se guarda con la policy que se aplicó y su hash, y se sella bajo un checkpoint firmado.
