Descripción

sequelize is an Object-relational mapping, or a middleman to convert things from Postgres, MySQL, MariaDB, SQLite and Microsoft SQL Server into usable data for NodeJS If user input goes into the `limit` or `order` parameters, a malicious user can put in their own SQL statements. This affects sequelize 3.16.0 and earlier.

Cuando Trivy califica esta vulnerabilidad como crítica para la fuente de paquetes de la image, aparece por su nombre en los findings de la image. Los findings sin corrección quedan fuera salvo que includeUnfixed esté activado.

RechazaCon una policy que bloquea los findings críticos, un pod con esta image se rechaza en la admission, incluido un rollback a ella. Los pods que ya están en marcha no se desalojan.
RegistraCada decisión se guarda con la policy que se aplicó y su hash, y se sella bajo un checkpoint firmado.
